Return & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable.

  • Each package requires significant research, analysis, and preparation prior to release. Because of this labor-intensive process and the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

  • Subscription content is released on the 1st of each month.

  • To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days prior to release (by the 24th of the current month).

  • If you cancel after this cutoff, your cancellation will apply to the following month’s release.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
