Return & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Each package requires significant research, analysis, and preparation prior to release. Because of this labor-intensive process and the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Subscription Services
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Subscription content is released on the 1st of each month.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days prior to release (by the 24th of the current month).
If you cancel after this cutoff, your cancellation will apply to the following month’s release.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
